When was the last time you revisited the market rate for your position? Whether you’re working full-time or self-employed, it’s important to revisit your salary/rate often to ensure you’re not getting shafted.
For full-timers: Grab this free market research guide to help you figure out how much you should be making in your field. You can also use Indeed’s Salary Estimator to give you a rough idea of a fair salary.
For self-employed folks: Look at other businesses in your niche. What are they charging?

If you haven’t already, follow Salary Transparent Street on TikTok. They interview people all over the country about what they do and how much they make. It’s a great way to get real information on salaries within your industry.
